ORDERS & SHIPPING

 Where do you ship from?

·      All orders are shipped from our POD service. Straight from the source.

Do you ship internationally?

·      NO, we are currently only shipping to UK locations

 How long does shipping take?

  • Standard: 2–4 working days
  • Express: 1-3 working days

How can I track my order?

·      As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email. Check your spam if it’s not in your inbox.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Choosing the wrong size or colour
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

 How do I return faulty items?

·      No need to return, we will send a replacement free of charge

Do you offer exchanges?

·      We don't offer returns or size exchanges currently. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right.

How do your sizes run?

·      Most pieces fit true to size unless stated otherwise. Check our Size Guide page for more info.

Are your drops limited?

·      Our standard drops are not limited; however Limited edition drops including special items are only available for the specified periods of time.

Where are your clothes made?

·      We work with high quality POD manufacturers based all around the world. Quality and customer satisfaction matters.

What payment methods do you accept?

·      We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Google Pay, Discover, Maestro, Shop Pay and Union Pay.
 

Is your site secure?

·      Fully encrypted. Your payment and personal info are safe with us.
