Thanks for shopping with Hearts And Halos ! We’re a small, independent streetwear brand — everything we make is printed on demand just for you. That means we don’t carry extra inventory, but we’re still committed to making sure you’re happy with your order.
🔁 Can I Return or Exchange My Order?
As our products are made-to-order, we don't offer returns for our T-shirts or size exchanges at this time. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right.
Hearts and Halos are not responsible or liable for lost/ missing packages
💥 If Something’s Wrong With Your Order
We’ve got you. If your item shows up with:
- A print error
- Wrong size or product received
👉 Email us at supp0rt.heartsandhalos@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review, we’ll send out a replacement at no extra cost- no need to send the damaged item back.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, we can’t accept returns or exchanges with our T-shirts for:
- Choosing the wrong size or color
- Change of mind after ordering
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
📦 Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, they are automatically sent to production and can’t be modified.
